Where is the Self Pick-Up location?
Self pick up will be at 376 Thomson Road, Cube 8 S298130.
Kindly give at least 1 – 2 working days in advance for your orders to be fulfilled.
Do you offer Delivery for your frozen goods (Ice Cream)?
For our frozen ice cream goods,
We mainly operate on a self-pick up basis. Delivery will be chargeable at $18 per location for now. We understand it might be quite expensive for some, but it’d be difficult for us to bring down the cost of the delivery. In fact, since we are operating on a smaller scale, the charge of $18 per location is considered a discounted price, in order for our customers to enjoy our ice cream despite not being near us.
However, if you do decide to order above $100, you would be able to claim free delivery! Otherwise, do order on Shopee or Lazada as we can utilize their delivery partners on that platform.
The delivery windows for Shopee and Lazada is 1-3 days after ordering, and delivery timing is from 1pm – 7pm, so do ensure someone would be at home during that time to receive the order.
What about Delivery for non-frozen goods?
For our non-frozen goods (small pack sizes)
Delivery will be chargeable at $3 per order and will be delivered within 1-5 working days through mail.
However, if you do decide to order above $100, you would be entitled to free delivery! Otherwise, do order on Shopee or Lazada as we can utilize their delivery partners on that platform.

How do I know if my Order has been confirmed?
Your order is only confirmed when payment has been made, AND we contact you for confirmation
